So Now What?

The new year is coming, not a single one of us can stop it… so now what?

What are you going to do different, what are you going to do better, what are you going to stop doing? I bet its more of the last one, the stop doing that would make the most impact in your life. I know it will in mine.

 

Here are some things that I am going to stop doing.

1. Giving away space in my mind for things that I know are not growing good results for me.
2. I am going to stop eating things that are not an 8 or above in my “I love this” book of food.
3. Stop watching TV at 2am cause I had an 18 hour day and I want to just see whats going on.. Nope.. I’m going to bed.

So there are a few things that I am going to stop doing immediately.

See its the 80/20 rule. See if this holds true for you. The rule states about 80% of your efforts get you 20% of your results, and that 20% of your efforts get you about 80% of your results.

So as you enter into the new year, make sure that you look at the “RESULTS” you are wanting, and then look at the activities that it takes to make that happen. You will be surprised how much of your time is spent on things that will never produce those results.

Make your list of things you will and things you will not do, so at least you have a starting point for your succes..
